1 设备及材料准备

1.1变压器应装有铭牌。贵州(zhou)电气成套设(she)备告诉大家铭牌上应注明制造厂名、额(e)定(ding)容(rong)量(liang)(liang),一(yi)(yi)二次额(e)定(ding)容(rong)量(liang)(liang),一(yi)(yi)二次额(e)定(ding)电压,电流,阻抗,电压%及(ji)接线(xian)组别等技(ji)术数据。变压器的容(rong)量(liang)(liang),规格(ge)及(ji)型(xing)号必须符合(he)设(she)计要求。附件(jian)备件(jian)齐全,并有出厂合(he)格(ge)证及(ji)技(ji)术文(wen)件(jian)。

1.2型(xing)钢:各种规格型(xing)钢应符(fu)合设计要求,并(bing)无明显锈蚀。

1.3螺(luo)栓(shuan)(shuan):除地脚(jiao)螺(luo)栓(shuan)(shuan)及(ji)防震装置螺(luo)栓(shuan)(shuan)外,均应采用镀(du)锌螺(luo)栓(shuan)(shuan),并配相应的(de)平垫(dian)圈和弹簧垫(dian)。

1.4其它材料:电焊条,防锈(xiu)漆,调和漆等均应符合设(she)计要求,并有产(chan)品合格证。

2 作业条件

施工图及技术资料齐全无误。建工程基(ji)本施工完(wan)毕,标高(gao)、尺寸、结(jie)构及预埋件强(qiang)度符合设计要求(qiu)。屋(wu)面(mian)、屋(wu)顶喷(pen)浆完(wan)毕,屋(wu)顶无漏水,门窗及玻(bo)璃(li)安装完(wan)好。室(shi)内粗制地面(mian)工程结(jie)束,场地清理干净,道路畅通。 

3 操作工艺

3.1 变(bian)(bian)压(ya)器稳(wen)装 变(bian)(bian)压(ya)器就位可用汽车吊直(zhi)接甩进变(bian)(bian)压(ya)器室(shi)内,或(huo)用道木搭设临时轨道,用三步搭、吊链吊至(zhi)临时轨道上,然(ran)后用吊链拉(la)入室(shi)内合适位置。变(bian)(bian)压(ya)器就位时,应(ying)注意其(qi)方位和(he)距(ju)墙尺寸与图纸相(xiang)符,允许误差为±25mm,图纸无(wu)标注时,纵(zong)向(xiang)按轨道就位,横向(xiang)距(ju)墙不(bu)得(de)小于(yu)(yu)800mm,距(ju)门不(bu)得(de)小于(yu)(yu)1000mm。变(bian)(bian)压(ya)器台(tai)(tai)架(jia)的安装:双杆(gan)柱(zhu)上安装变(bian)(bian)压(ya)器,两(liang)(liang)(liang)杆(gan)的根开为2m。埋深2m。配(pei)电(dian)变(bian)(bian)压(ya)器台(tai)(tai)架(jia)用两(liang)(liang)(liang)条或(huo)四条槽钢固(gu)定于(yu)(yu)两(liang)(liang)(liang)电(dian)杆(gan)上,台(tai)(tai)架(jia)距(ju)地面高(gao)度(du)不(bu)低(di)于(yu)(yu)2.5m,台(tai)(tai)架(jia)的平面坡度(du)不(bu)大于(yu)(yu)1/100。腰栏应(ying)采用直(zhi)径不(bu)小于(yu)(yu)4mm的铁(tie)线缠绕两(liang)(liang)(liang)圈以(yi)上,缠绕应(ying)紧(jin)牢,腰栏距(ju)带电(dian)部分不(bu)少于(yu)(yu)0.2m。同时变(bian)(bian)压(ya)器高(gao)压(ya)柱(zhu)头加装防尘罩(zhao),变(bian)(bian)压(ya)器悬(xuan)挂警告牌(pai)。 

3.2 跌落式熔(rong)(rong)断(duan)(duan)(duan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)安装 变压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)高(gao)、低压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)侧(ce)(ce)应分别(bie)装设熔(rong)(rong)断(duan)(duan)(duan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)。高(gao)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)侧(ce)(ce)熔(rong)(rong)断(duan)(duan)(duan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)底(di)部对地(di)(di)面的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)垂(chui)直高(gao)度(du)不(bu)低于4.5m,各(ge)相熔(rong)(rong)断(duan)(duan)(duan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)平距离不(bu)应小于0.5m,为(wei)了便于操(cao)作和(he)熔(rong)(rong)丝熔(rong)(rong)断(duan)(duan)(duan)后熔(rong)(rong)丝管能顺利地(di)(di)跌落下来,跌落式熔(rong)(rong)断(duan)(duan)(duan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)轴线应与垂(chui)直线成15°~30°倾角。低压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)侧(ce)(ce)熔(rong)(rong)断(duan)(duan)(duan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)底(di)部对地(di)(di)面的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)垂(chui)直距离不(bu)低于3.5m,各(ge)相熔(rong)(rong)断(duan)(duan)(duan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)平距离不(bu)少于0.2m。跌落式熔(rong)(rong)断(duan)(duan)(duan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)熔(rong)(rong)丝的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)选择按(an)“保证配电(dian)变压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)内部或(huo)高(gao)、低压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)出线套(tao)管发生短路时迅速熔(rong)(rong)断(duan)(duan)(duan)”的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)原则来选择,熔(rong)(rong)丝的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)熔(rong)(rong)断(duan)(duan)(duan)时间必须小于或(huo)等(deng)于0.1s。按(an)规程规定(ding)(ding):容(rong)(rong)量(liang)(liang)在100kVA及以(yi)下者,高(gao)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)侧(ce)(ce)熔(rong)(rong)丝额(e)定(ding)(ding)电(dian)流按(an)变压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)容(rong)(rong)量(liang)(liang)额(e)定(ding)(ding)电(dian)流的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)2~3倍(bei)选择;容(rong)(rong)量(liang)(liang)在100kVA以(yi)上者,高(gao)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)侧(ce)(ce)熔(rong)(rong)丝额(e)定(ding)(ding)电(dian)流按(an)变压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)容(rong)(rong)量(liang)(liang)额(e)定(ding)(ding)电(dian)流的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)1.5~2倍(bei)选择。变压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)低压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)侧(ce)(ce)熔(rong)(rong)丝按(an)低压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)侧(ce)(ce)额(e)定(ding)(ding)电(dian)流选择。 

3.3 避(bi)(bi)雷(lei)(lei)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)安装:选(xuan)用(yong)无间隙合成(cheng)绝缘外(wai)(wai)套金(jin)属氧(yang)化(hua)物(wu)避(bi)(bi)雷(lei)(lei)器(qi)(qi)(qi)。避(bi)(bi)雷(lei)(lei)器(qi)(qi)(qi)应(ying)装设(she)在(zai)熔(rong)断器(qi)(qi)(qi)与(yu)变(bian)(bian)(bian)压器(qi)(qi)(qi)之间,并尽量靠近变(bian)(bian)(bian)压器(qi)(qi)(qi)。另外(wai)(wai),为了防止(zhi)反(fan)变(bian)(bian)(bian)换波和(he)低压侧(ce)雷(lei)(lei)电波侵入(ru),在(zai)低压侧(ce)也应(ying)装设(she)低压避(bi)(bi)雷(lei)(lei)器(qi)(qi)(qi)。为避(bi)(bi)免雷(lei)(lei)电流(liu)在(zai)接(jie)地(di)电阻上的(de)压降与(yu)避(bi)(bi)雷(lei)(lei)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)残(can)压叠加在(zai)一(yi)起,作用(yong)在(zai)变(bian)(bian)(bian)压器(qi)(qi)(qi)绝缘上,应(ying)将避(bi)(bi)雷(lei)(lei)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)接(jie)地(di)端、变(bian)(bian)(bian)压器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)外(wai)(wai)壳及低压侧(ce)中性点用(yong)截(jie)面不(bu)小于25mm2的(de)多股(gu)铜芯塑料(liao)线连接(jie)在(zai)一(yi)起,再与(yu)接(jie)地(di)装置引(yin)上线相(xiang)连接(jie)。 

3.4 接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)装置(zhi)(zhi) 。对(dui)10kV配电(dian)变压器:容量在(zai)100kVA以(yi)(yi)下,其接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)电(dian)阻(zu)(zu)不应(ying)(ying)(ying)大(da)(da)(da)于10Ω;容量在(zai)100kVA以(yi)(yi)上(shang)(shang),其接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)电(dian)阻(zu)(zu)不应(ying)(ying)(ying)大(da)(da)(da)于4Ω。接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)装置(zhi)(zhi)施工(gong)完毕应(ying)(ying)(ying)进(jin)行接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)电(dian)阻(zu)(zu)测试(shi),合格后方(fang)可回填土(tu)。同时,变压器外(wai)壳(qiao)必须良好(hao)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di),外(wai)壳(qiao)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)应(ying)(ying)(ying)用(yong)螺栓拧(ning)紧,不可用(yong)焊(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)直(zhi)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)焊(han)牢,以(yi)(yi)便(bian)检修。贵(gui)州(zhou)电(dian)气成(cheng)套设备告诉大(da)(da)(da)家接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)装置(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)地(di)(di)(di)下部分(fen)由水(shui)平(ping)(ping)(ping)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)体(ti)(ti)(ti)和(he)垂直(zhi)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)体(ti)(ti)(ti)组成(cheng),水(shui)平(ping)(ping)(ping)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)体(ti)(ti)(ti)采用(yong)6根(gen)长(zhang)度为6m的(de)(de)(de)(de)40×4mm的(de)(de)(de)(de)扁(bian)钢,垂直(zhi)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)体(ti)(ti)(ti)则采用(yong)10-6根(gen)长(zhang)度为2m的(de)(de)(de)(de)L50×50×5mm的(de)(de)(de)(de)角钢分(fen)别与水(shui)平(ping)(ping)(ping)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)体(ti)(ti)(ti)焊(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)。水(shui)平(ping)(ping)(ping)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)体(ti)(ti)(ti)在(zai)土(tu)壤中(zhong)埋设深为0.6~0.8m,垂直(zhi)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)体(ti)(ti)(ti)则是(shi)在(zai)水(shui)平(ping)(ping)(ping)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)体(ti)(ti)(ti)基础上(shang)(shang)打入地(di)(di)(di)里的(de)(de)(de)(de)。接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)引(yin)上(shang)(shang)线采用(yong)40×4mm扁(bian)钢,为了检测方(fang)便(bian)和(he)用(yong)电(dian)安全,对(dui)于柱上(shang)(shang)式安装的(de)(de)(de)(de)变压器,引(yin)上(shang)(shang)线连接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)点应(ying)(ying)(ying)设在(zai)变压器底下的(de)(de)(de)(de)槽钢位置(zhi)(zhi)。 

3.5 变台(tai)引(yin)落(luo)(luo)(luo)线(xian) 新建和(he)改造(zao)的(de)变台(tai)的(de)引(yin)落(luo)(luo)(luo)线(xian)均应(ying)(ying)采用多(duo)股(gu)绝缘线(xian),其截(jie)面应(ying)(ying)按变压(ya)器的(de)额(e)定容量选(xuan)择,但高压(ya)侧(ce)引(yin)落(luo)(luo)(luo)线(xian)铜芯不应(ying)(ying)小于(yu)16mm2,铝芯不应(ying)(ying)小于(yu)25mm2,杜(du)绝使(shi)用单股(gu)导(dao)线(xian)及不合(he)格导(dao)线(xian)。同时(shi)应(ying)(ying)考虑引(yin)落(luo)(luo)(luo)线(xian)对周围建筑(zhu)物的(de)安全距离。

4 变压器的(de)交接(jie)试验

变压器交接(jie)(jie)试验的(de)(de)内容:测量线圈连同套管(guan)(guan)一起的(de)(de)直(zhi)流(liu)电(dian)阻;检查所有(you)分接(jie)(jie)头(tou)的(de)(de)变压器的(de)(de)变压比;检查三相变压器的(de)(de)接(jie)(jie)线组别(bie)和(he)单项变压器引出(chu)线的(de)(de)极(ji)性;测量线圈同套管(guan)(guan)一起的(de)(de)绝缘电(dian)阻;线圈连同套管(guan)(guan)一起做交流(liu)耐压试验。 

5 变压器送电前检查 

变(bian)压(ya)器(qi)送电试(shi)运(yun)行(xing)前(qian)做全面检(jian)(jian)查(cha),确(que)(que)认符合试(shi)运(yun)行(xing)条件时方可投入运(yun)行(xing)。变(bian)压(ya)器(qi)试(shi)运(yun)行(xing)前(qian),必须由(you)质(zhi)量(liang)监督部门(men)(men)检(jian)(jian)查(cha)合格。变(bian)压(ya)器(qi)试(shi)运(yun)行(xing)前(qian)的(de)检(jian)(jian)查(cha)内容;①各种(zhong)交接试(shi)验单据(ju)齐全,数据(ju)符合要求(qiu)。②变(bian)压(ya)器(qi)应清(qing)理、擦拭(shi)干净,顶盖上无遗留杂物(wu),本体及附件无缺(que)损(sun)。③变(bian)压(ya)器(qi)一、二次引线相(xiang)位正确(que)(que),绝缘良(liang)好(hao)。④接地线良(liang)好(hao)。⑤通(tong)风设(she)施安装完毕,工作正常(chang)。⑥标(biao)志牌挂好(hao),门(men)(men)装锁。

6 变压器送电试运行验收

送电试运(yun)(yun)行(xing): 压器(qi)(qi)第一(yi)次(ci)投入时(shi),可全压冲(chong)击合闸,冲(chong)击合闸时(shi)一(yi)般可由高(gao)压侧投入。变压器(qi)(qi)第一(yi)次(ci)受电后(hou),持(chi)续(xu)时(shi)间不(bu)应(ying)(ying)少于(yu)10min,无异(yi)常(chang)情(qing)况。变压器(qi)(qi)应(ying)(ying)进行(xing)3~5次(ci)全压冲(chong)击合闸,并无异(yi)常(chang)情(qing)况,励磁涌流不(bu)应(ying)(ying)引起(qi)保护装(zhuang)置误动(dong)作(zuo)。变压器(qi)(qi)试运(yun)(yun)行(xing)要注(zhu)意冲(chong)击电流、空(kong)载电流、一(yi)、二次(ci)电压、温(wen)度。并做(zuo)好详(xiang)细(xi)记录。变压器(qi)(qi)空(kong)载运(yun)(yun)行(xing)24小时(shi),无异(yi)常(chang)情(qing)况,方可投入负(fu)荷运(yun)(yun)行(xing)。验(yan)(yan)收(shou):①变压器(qi)(qi)开(kai)始(shi)带(dai)电起(qi),24H后(hou)无异(yi)常(chang)情(qing)况,应(ying)(ying)办理验(yan)(yan)收(shou)手续(xu)。②验(yan)(yan)收(shou)时(shi)应(ying)(ying)移交下列资料和文(wen)件:变更(geng)设计证明(ming)。产(chan)品(pin)说明(ming)书(shu)、试验(yan)(yan)报告(gao)单、合格证及(ji)安(an)装(zhuang)图纸等技(ji)术文(wen)件。安(an)装(zhuang)检查(cha)及(ji)调整记录。

7 质量标准

电力变压器及(ji)其附(fu)件(jian)的(de)(de)试验调整(zheng)和器(qi)身(shen)检(jian)查结果,必须(xu)符合施工规(gui)(gui)范规(gui)(gui)定(ding)。高(gao)低(di)压瓷(ci)件(jian)表(biao)(biao)面(mian)严禁有(you)裂纹损伤和瓷(ci)釉(you)损坏等(deng)缺陷(xian)。变压器(qi)安装位置应准确(que),器(qi)身(shen)表(biao)(biao)面(mian)干净(jing)清洁,油漆(qi)完(wan)整(zheng)。变压器(qi)与线(xian)路连(lian)接(jie)(jie)应符合下列规(gui)(gui)定(ding):①连(lian)接(jie)(jie)紧密(mi),连(lian)接(jie)(jie)螺栓的(de)(de)锁紧装置齐全(quan),瓷(ci)套管(guan)(guan)不受外力。②零线(xian)沿器(qi)身(shen)向下接(jie)(jie)至接(jie)(jie)地装置的(de)(de)线(xian)段(duan),固(gu)定(ding)牢靠。③器(qi)身(shen)各(ge)附(fu)件(jian)间的(de)(de)连(lian)接(jie)(jie)的(de)(de)导线(xian)有(you)保(bao)护管(guan)(guan),保(bao)护管(guan)(guan)、接(jie)(jie)线(xian)盒固(gu)定(ding)牢靠,盒盖齐全(quan)。④引向变压器(qi)的(de)(de)母线(xian)及(ji)其支架、电线(xian)保(bao)护管(guan)(guan)和接(jie)(jie)零线(xian)等(deng)均(jun)应便于(yu)拆(chai)卸,不妨(fang)碍变压检(jian)修时(shi)移动。各(ge)连(lian)接(jie)(jie)用的(de)(de)螺栓螺纹漏(lou)出(chu)螺母2~3扣,保(bao)护管(guan)(guan)颜色(se)一致,支架防腐(fu)完(wan)整(zheng)。⑤变压器(qi)及(ji)其附(fu)件(jian)外壳和其它非带(dai)电金属部(bu)件(jian)均(jun)应接(jie)(jie)地,并符合有(you)关要(yao)求。

8 安全保护

变(bian)压(ya)(ya)器固定(ding)件要(yao)焊(han)死,在变(bian)压(ya)(ya)器上方作业时,操作人员不得(de)瞪踩变(bian)压(ya)(ya)器,并带工具(ju)(ju)带,以防工具(ju)(ju)材料掉入砸(za)坏、砸(za)伤变(bian)压(ya)(ya)器。变(bian)压(ya)(ya)器要(yao)挂安全警示标志。

充分使(shi)用(yong)先(xian)进技(ji)术,提(ti)高变台绝缘化(hua)程度.

9 应注意的问题

易产生的质量问题:

管线(xian)排列不(bu)整(zheng)齐(qi)不(bu)美观

变(bian)压器一、二次套(tao)管(guan)损坏

变(bian)压器一、二次(ci)引线,螺栓(shuan)不紧,压按不牢。母(mu)线与变(bian)压器连接间隙不符(fu)合规(gui)范(fan)要求(qiu)。

防治措施

提高质量意识,按照工(gong)艺标准施工(gong)

瓷套管在搬运中加强(qiang)保护
