(三)安装套管及其(qi)引(yin)出线

在(zai)安(an)(an)装套(tao)(tao)管设备(bei)之前,必(bi)须(xu)提前将变压(ya)器油放(fang)出,在(zai)确保放(fang)出后才能(neng)进(jin)行安(an)(an)装工作(zuo)。在(zai)安(an)(an)装过(guo)(guo)程中(zhong)(zhong)必(bi)须(xu)加(jia)强(qiang)紧固(gu)(gu)效果,对螺(luo)(luo)丝拧抠是否严(yan)紧进(jin)行仔细检查。加(jia)强(qiang)对瓷件(jian)表面的清(qing)理工作(zuo),不定(ding)时(shi)的对瓷件(jian)表面使用清(qing)洁剂与去污剂的,使表面保持光滑清(qing)洁。安(an)(an)装之前应(ying)该将封盖打开(kai),清(qing)除里面的杂质(zhi)与积水,把均(jun)压(ya)球拆解下来并(bing)用清(qing)水进(jin)行清(qing)洗。在(zai)吊起(qi)套(tao)(tao)管过(guo)(guo)程中(zhong)(zhong),一定(ding)要对其喉部进(jin)行固(gu)(gu)定(ding)作(zuo)业,在(zai)稳定(ding)的情况(kuang)下保持套(tao)(tao)管不随意(yi)乱动。将套(tao)(tao)管及其引线安(an)(an)装完成后,应(ying)该对安(an)(an)装位置进(jin)行反复检查,在(zai)确定(ding)一切正确误漏(lou)洞的情况(kuang)下进(jin)行螺(luo)(luo)母固(gu)(gu)定(ding),同时(shi)利用胶水做好密封工作(zuo)。

二、配电柜(ju)的安装技术与管(guan)理

(一(yi))常用配电柜安装尺寸(cun)

在常(chang)(chang)用配(pei)电(dian)(dian)柜(ju)安装(zhuang)过程中,应该(gai)注(zhu)意安装(zhuang)配(pei)电(dian)(dian)柜(ju)的(de)尺寸(cun)问(wen)题。设计(ji)好相(xiang)(xiang)应的(de)尺寸(cun)有利于常(chang)(chang)用配(pei)电(dian)(dian)柜(ju)的(de)安装(zhuang)顺畅,并且将电(dian)(dian)源(yuan)开关与(yu)电(dian)(dian)源(yuan)接线都设置到常(chang)(chang)用配(pei)电(dian)(dian)柜(ju)后面(mian)。对于常(chang)(chang)用配(pei)电(dian)(dian)柜(ju)后面(mian)宽度的(de)要(yao)(yao)求要(yao)(yao)在1.5米(mi)以上,与(yu)地(di)绝缘处与(yu)地(di)接触面(mian)积应该(gai)不低于不高于2.3米(mi)。同时要(yao)(yao)安装(zhuang)相(xiang)(xiang)对的(de)保护围栏(lan)。

(二)高压配电柜安装

在高压配(pei)(pei)电柜(ju)投(tou)入(ru)(ru)施工现(xian)场环境之前(qian),必须做(zuo)到(dao)(dao)每(mei)个工序对电配(pei)(pei)柜(ju)都做(zuo)到(dao)(dao)严(yan)格(ge)(ge)(ge)准(zhun)确的质量(liang)檢查(cha)。对检查(cha)的结果(guo)应该向(xiang)相关技术部门汇总后,得出(chu)准(zhun)确结果(guo)的同时,如发现(xian)质量(liang)不合(he)格(ge)(ge)(ge)问题应该针对其放弃使(shi)用,检查(cha)无问题合(he)格(ge)(ge)(ge)后可投(tou)入(ru)(ru)使(shi)用。安(an)(an)(an)(an)装(zhuang)过(guo)程中严(yan)格(ge)(ge)(ge)按(an)照图纸指(zhi)定位置(zhi),从易安(an)(an)(an)(an)装(zhuang)点入(ru)(ru)手,配(pei)(pei)合(he)相应的安(an)(an)(an)(an)装(zhuang)机械进(jin)行(xing)安(an)(an)(an)(an)装(zhuang)。在安(an)(an)(an)(an)装(zhuang)的全(quan)过(guo)程中,应该指(zhi)派人员在现(xian)场进(jin)行(xing)安(an)(an)(an)(an)装(zhuang)督导,负责排(pai)除安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)隐患,对高压配(pei)(pei)电柜(ju)进(jin)行(xing)依次有(you)序的排(pai)列(lie)安(an)(an)(an)(an)装(zhuang),使(shi)安(an)(an)(an)(an)装(zhuang)高压配(pei)(pei)电柜(ju)得以顺(shun)利的实施与安(an)(an)(an)(an)装(zhuang)。

(三)低压配电柜(ju)安装

在低(di)(di)压(ya)(ya)配(pei)(pei)电(dian)柜安装(zhuang)(zhuang)过程中应(ying)该注意(yi)其逐(zhu)(zhu)排(pai)安装(zhuang)(zhuang)与(yu)(yu)总长度尺(chi)寸(cun)(cun)问题。低(di)(di)压(ya)(ya)配(pei)(pei)电(dian)柜安装(zhuang)(zhuang)必(bi)须遵(zun)循(xun)成(cheng)排(pai)序(xu)列安装(zhuang)(zhuang),保(bao)持排(pai)列的(de)有(you)序(xu)性(xing)(xing)与(yu)(yu)整齐性(xing)(xing)十分重(zhong)要。当总长度尺(chi)寸(cun)(cun)超出5米时(shi),应(ying)该在配(pei)(pei)电(dian)柜通道两侧设(she)置向对应(ying)数(shu)量的(de)房(fang)间出口。如(ru)低(di)(di)压(ya)(ya)配(pei)(pei)电(dian)柜的(de)总长度尺(chi)寸(cun)(cun)超出14米时(shi),应(ying)该增加出口,以此逐(zhu)(zhu)一类推。在选用低(di)(di)压(ya)(ya)配(pei)(pei)电(dian)柜相对低(di)(di)压(ya)(ya)配(pei)(pei)电(dian)装(zhuang)(zhuang)置时(shi),应(ying)该注重(zhong)低(di)(di)压(ya)(ya)配(pei)(pei)电(dian)装(zhuang)(zhuang)置的(de)网络(luo)电(dian)压(ya)(ya)标(biao)准(zhun)、电(dian)磁频(pin)率(lv)等问题,进而提高(gao)了低(di)(di)压(ya)(ya)配(pei)(pei)电(dian)柜工(gong)作(zuo)的(de)稳(wen)定性(xing)(xing)与(yu)(yu)效率(lv)性(xing)(xing)。同时(shi)选用质量较好的(de)保(bao)护(hu)电(dian)器,确保(bao)在短路的(de)情况(kuang)下发挥良(liang)好的(de)断电(dian)能(neng)力,起到(dao)保(bao)护(hu)与(yu)(yu)维稳(wen)作(zuo)用。
